About Luciana
Life Coach and Energy Healer
Luciana was born and raised in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and came to Canada in 1999. While in Brazil Luciana was introduced to Energy healing by her mom who was practicing it. She was curious about healing, but felt it was her mother's calling and not her own. Luciana returned to healing; 5 years ago when her son at 14 years old experienced a great deal of anxiety. She did what she knew and turned to healing to ease her son's pain and anxiety, and continues to this day treating him. It was her son that convinced her that she should use her talent as a healer to help others, and her journey began.
Reiki Healing
Reiki aids in releasing all tension and stress from the body while raising your vibration, leaving you feeling relaxed, uplifted and renewed. This is a hands-off treatment that assists in removing toxins out of your body, relieves physical pain, heals trauma, wounds and helps create a more fulfilling and positive life aligned with your truth and soul mission.

Life coaching is the process of helping people identify and achieve personal goals through developing skills and attitudes that lead to self-empowerment.

Reiki sessions begin with a brief discussion about how you feel in your life. The session then moves to a guided meditation/ manifestation followed by a back massage and energy healing. At the end of the session you will relax and discuss your experience, and your steps to start your healing journey.

Life Coaching sessions will begin with a brief discussion of your goals and ambitions for yourself. We will go into some of the stumbling blocks that you have experienced, and make a plan that will include the 3 C's. Clarity, Courage, and Confidence. At the end of the session it will finish with a quick guided visualization/ manifestation of the new you.
